Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Casual Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers flexible hours suitable for individuals looking to gain experience within the hospitality industry. Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided, but a friendly attitude and willingness to learn are key. Duties
- Serve drinks and refreshments to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
- Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with setting up and packing down the bar before and after service
- Provide friendly assistance to guests, answering questions about drinks options
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts to ensure smooth operation
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently, including responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
