We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children’s Registered Manager to oversee the operation of an existing children’s home. This vital leadership role involves ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for children and young people. You will lead a compassionate team, develop tailored care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your energetic approach will inspire staff, foster a nurturing environment, and promote positive outcomes for every child in your care.
You must be an experienced Children`s Registered Manager or Deputy Manager and have the NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) in Childcare.
