Refined Reset Cleaning Co. is looking for a reliable, energetic and detail-focused Domestic Cleaner to join our growing team.
We pride ourselves on delivering an elevated cleaning service that leaves every home beautifully clean, organised and refreshed. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning, takes pride in the finer details and understands the importance of providing a professional, trustworthy and personalised service.
You will work across clients’ homes throughout the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire area, helping us maintain the high standards and attention to detail that Refined Reset is known for.
Responsibilities
- Carry out domestic cleaning to an exceptional standard, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Complete maintenance cleans, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and occasional commercial or build cleans
- Make beds and assist with laundry, folding and light organisation when required
- Follow individual client instructions, cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and take a proactive approach
- Treat every client’s home, possessions and privacy with the utmost respect
- Communicate professionally and warmly with clients and other team members
- Work efficiently while ensuring that quality and attention to detail are never compromised
About You

- Hard-working, energetic and comfortable completing physically demanding work
- Meticulous, observant and able to spot the details others may miss
- Friendly, professional and respectful
- Honest and trustworthy when working inside clients’ homes
- Able to follow instructions while also using your own initiative
- Comfortable working independently and alongside another cleaner
- Flexible and willing to adapt to different properties and client requirements
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred, although full training will be provided to the right person
- A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport would be highly advantageous due to travel between clients
