Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software and other organisational tools
- Support sales administration processes, including processing orders and updating client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and follow-up activities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Organise documentation, correspondence, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on administrative processes
Skill
Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Previous administrative or sales support experience is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate IT proficiency and adapt quickly to new software systems
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
