Our client is a well-established, highly regarded independent estate agency in Burgess Hill who are looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to strengthen their successful sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven individual looking to build a rewarding career within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective buyers.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
- Manage sales progression from offer agreed through to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Generate new business opportunities and support branch growth.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in estate agency (essential)
- A confident, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Local knowledge of Burgess Hill and surrounding areas (beneficial)
