More about your role
As our IT Asset Management Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets across the organisation. You'll lead the ITAM function, ensuring assets and devices are procured, tracked, issued, refreshed, and disposed of efficiently and securely. Working closely with Service Desk, Field Support, Procurement, Finance, and technical teams, you'll make sure the right assets are available at the right time to support colleagues.
You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable asset data, ensuring strong governance, and providing clear insight into asset performance, costs, and risks. You'll also play a key role in supporting audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to simplify processes and strengthen operational control.

Essential criteria
- Proven experience leading or managing an IT Asset Management function
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and licence lifecycle management
- Experience using IT service management (ITSM) and asset management tools
- Demonstrable experience managing asset data accuracy, governance, and reporting
- Experience supporting audit, compliance, or supplier management activities
