Job Title: Minis Performing Arts Teacher
Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional Performing Arts teacher to join our team! Applicants should be passionate, energetic and professional. This role involves teaching two 1.5hour workshops, to ages 4-7 years (Minis) in Musical Theatre and Acting. This teacher will help them develop their technique and performance across singing, dancing and acting. We are keen for our teachers to create a fun and safe space for young performers to learn and thrive. The vacancy is currently for 3 hours on a Saturday 10am-1pm, however we are hoping to extend hours in the future with an afternoon school as we grow.
Duties for mini's class:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Be able to deliver dance warm ups, simple technical exercises and basic choreography
- Be able to deliver singing warm ups, simple technical exercises and help pupils learn songs
- Be able to deliver acting warm ups, simple technical exercises and help devise simple scenes
- HAVE A GREAT LIST OF GAMES
Requirements:
- 1 year experience teaching
- Experience with working with younger kids
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25.00 per hour
