In-House Graphic Designer

Sign Envy is one of the South Coast's leading signage and branding companies, creating everything from vehicle graphics and shop signage to exhibition displays, clothing, printed materials and complete brand identities.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hardworking Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a huge variety of projects, where no two days are the same.

The Role
You'll be responsible for designing high-quality artwork that meets our clients' briefs while ensuring all files are production-ready.
Working alongside our sales and production teams, you'll manage projects from initial concept through to final artwork, helping deliver creative solutions that make our customers stand out.
As part of the role, you'll be expected to provide excellent customer service by answering incoming phone calls, responding promptly to emails and attending client meetings to discuss project requirements and design concepts. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach are essential, as you'll be working closely with both clients and colleagues throughout each project.

- Vehicle graphics and wraps
- Shop fascia signage
- Window graphics
- Wall graphics
- Banners and flags
- Exhibition displays
- Business branding and logo design
- Printed marketing materials
- Workwear and promotional products
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing creative, customer-focused artwork.
- Meeting with clients to discuss ideas and present design concepts.
- Preparing accurate print-ready artwork.
- Managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Working closely with the Managing Director and production team throughout each project.
- Maintaining excellent attention to detail across every job.
- Supporting the office with general administration, emails and telephone enquiries when required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong typography, layout and branding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design ability.
Desirable
- Experience using CorelDRAW.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related subject (preferred but not essential).
- Experience within the signage, print or vehicle graphics industry (Not essential)
