Job Overview
CLEANX is looking for confident, experienced and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team across London.
Your main role will be introducing homeowners to CLEANX's pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, speaking with potential customers, generating enquiries and securing customer bookings.
We are looking for people who already have sales experience and are confident approaching customers, starting conversations and converting interest into bookings.
This is a flexible role suited to individuals who are confident working independently and are comfortable with face-to-face sales.
Responsibilities
- Approach and speak with homeowners in assigned areas.
- Introduce CLEANX's pressure washing and exterior cleaning services.
- Explain services clearly and professionally.
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Generate customer enquiries and bookings.
- Collect customer contact details accurately where required.
- Follow up with interested customers where appropriate.
- Distribute promotional materials and leaflets.
- Work towards individual sales and booking targets.
- Represent CLEANX professionally at all times.
- Follow assigned working areas and company guidance.
- Maintain accurate information regarding customer enquiries generated.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Previous door-to-door, field sales, direct sales or face-to-face sales experience is highly desirable.
- Confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable handling objections and encouraging customers to book.
- Target-driven and motivated by results.
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good customer service skills.
- Able to follow company procedures and guidance.
