Little Lambs Day Care is based in the heart of Peckham. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team on a full time permanent basis.

our responsibilities will include:
Delivering high quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS 2024
Acting as a key person for a small group of children and building strong relationships with their families
Planning and delivering engaging, age appropriate activities that support children's learning and development across all seven areas of the EYFS
Completing accurate observations, learning journeys and developmental progress records
Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and helping them to settle and thrive
Upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection
Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the team
What we are looking for:
A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Early Years Education and Childcare qualification — this is essential and non negotiable
Proven experience working in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and child development — A proactive, enthusiastic and positive approach to your work
Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new check
