Safi Homecare is growing our community care team in Market Harborough and surrounding areas and we are looking for compassionate people who take pride in providing good-quality care.
For us, continuity matters. We aim to give our carers consistent rounds with regular service users, helping you build trust and meaningful professional relationships with the people you visit. This gives you the opportunity to understand each person's routines, preferences and what matters to them, while providing consistent, person-centred care in their own home.
The role
- Support with personal care and everyday routines

Preparing meals

Helping with medication

Assisting with shopping and light household duties

Upholding dignity, choice and independence at all times
You'll also have the backing of a nurse-led management team who are approachable and invested in your ongoing training and development.
e are looking for people who are kind, caring, dependable and respectful. Previous care experience is welcomed, but your values and attitude towards the people you support are equally important.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred but not essential. We will consider non-drivers where suitable local rounds are available.
