Site Labourer / Handover Operative
Location: Pitcrocknie Village, Alyth, Perthshire
Salary: £14.50–£16.50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Site Labourer / Handover Operative to join our construction team.
The Role
This is a varied role with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented development. As properties approach completion, you will play an important part in preparing homes to the high standard expected before customers move in.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe construction site.
- Carry out regular site housekeeping.
- Remove waste materials and keep storage areas organised.
- Clean completed properties before customer handover.
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors and internal finishes.
- Ensure plots and external areas are presented to a high standard.
- Assist Site Managers with general site duties.
- Support trades by preparing work areas and moving materials where required.
- Report any damage or defects identified during cleaning.
- Help maintain welfare facilities and compound areas.
What We're Looking For
- Hardworking, reliable and self-motivated.
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Good timekeeping and a positive attitude.
- Previous construction or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
- CSCS Card preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence desirable.
