Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic/ commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in private homes, or commercial premises. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount. Previous experience in cleaning services, hotel cleaning/b&b , or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential. UK Full driving licence needed.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Ensure all rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Assist with laundry and linen changing as required
- Restock supplies and cleaning materials
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs politely and professionally
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- UK FULL DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning services,, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and schedules
- A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role
- UK FULL DRIVING LICENSE
