Hours: Approximately 4 evening shifts per week (including weekends)
The Miners Arms is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team.
We are seeking someone who has previous experience working in a busy pub or restaurant and is confident working behind the bar while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers.
- Serving drinks and preparing beverages behind the bar.
- Taking food and drink orders and serving tables.
- Operating the till and processing payments.
- Keeping the bar and restaurant clean, tidy and well presented.
- Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous front of house experience in a pub, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- Confident and experienced behind the bar.
- Friendly, reliable and hardworking.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work approximately 4 evening shifts per week, including weekends.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
