About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, confident Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences — welcoming customers into our space, sharing the stories behind our products, and helping them find the perfect item for themselves or a thoughtful gift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Confidently talk customers through our brands and product stories
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and the store is fully stocked
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and online orders
- Assist with managing digital platforms including Shopify and Spotify (where relevant)
- Receive deliveries and assist with stock management
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, features, and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Experience using Shopify platforms
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
- Proficient in English
- Basic administration skills
Desirable
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Working Hours
- Store opening hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm
- Shifts: 2–3 days per week (to be agreed)
