Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrician to join our client's team on a Social Housing Contract.
Responsibilities of the Electrician
- Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance and installations in residents' homes
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults and complete testing where required
- Undertake planned and reactive electrical works, including void properties
- Complete electrical testing, rewiring and replacement works
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations
- Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard, aiming to resolve repairs first time
- Maintain accurate records of work, materials and follow-on requirements
The Successful Electrician will have:
- Previous experience working in a Social Housing environment
- DBS Check
- Clean Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3
- 18th edition
- 2391 testing and inspecting
