Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong clerical and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in various office software. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Availability: Must be available to work until 6:30 PM on certain days
The role does included: Front desk reception duties, including patient interaction and appointment management
Hours: can be 8 - 34 can be job share
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct phone calls with exemplary phone etiquette.
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Support team members with clerical tasks as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
