The Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club is a 4 star hotel which boasts 66 rooms, restaurant and bar, as well as flexible business facilities with 7 meeting and conference rooms suitable for training courses, conferences, workshops or corporate celebration dinners, weddings & events in Worcester area.
We are seeking a Nights team member to join our existing team. Hours will be based around business demand, meaning weekend and bank holidays will be a common occurrence. Shifts normally commence at 23:00 and conclude at 07:00. Hours are dependent on business.
Duties include, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times, dispensing beverages across both the hotel and function bars, manning the hotel reception, setting up function and meeting spaces, along with ensuring hotel security across the night-time hours, working in conjunction with colleagues through the night.
The ideal candidate should be polite and have a cheerful manner as it is a customer facing role, they should also have the following....

Full training will be given
