We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Lutterworth.
Salary & Hours:
- £28,000 per year
- Monday - Friday 5:30 - 14:00

Key responsibilities & duties:
- Communicate with candidates and clients, providing excellent service and support
- Check in staff attendance on daily basis
- Conduct site inductions for new starters
- Monitor workers productivity
- Maintain friendly and professional Industria image
- Deal with other day to day tasks assigned by manager
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment.
Minimum qualifications, experience and Academic qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Team player with excellent organizational abilities
- Driven, detail-oriented
- Exceptional customer service
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
