Job Brief As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our modern fleet of powered access equipment. This is a mobile role, meaning you will work both within the Portsmouth depot and on-site at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI), servicing, and repairs on a wide range of powered access equipment and telehandlers.
- Diagnose and repair faults both in the depot and on customer sites.
- Manage your workload effectively and complete digital service records.
- Represent the company professionally when visiting client sites.
About You
- Experience: Previous experience in a mobile service engineering role (MEWPs, Plant, or Forklift).
- Qualifications: IPAF 3a/3b and CAP certifications are highly preferred, but not essential.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of hydraulics and electrics, problem solving
- Communication: Great customer service skills, manage expectations, great communication and service skills
- Licence: Full UK driving licence is required.
