We're looking for an exceptional Front of House Supervisor to join the team at The Prince Arthur in Windsor.
The Prince Arthur is an independent neighbourhood pub focused on great food, great drinks and genuinely warm hospitality. We're looking for someone who loves being on the floor, knows how to lead a team and understands that the little details make a big difference.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You'll be trusted to run shifts, lead the front of house team and help make sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and running busy shifts
- Supporting, motivating and developing the front of house team
- Delivering consistently brilliant customer service
- Opening and closing the pub
- Maintaining excellent standards throughout the building
- Cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Helping with stock control and ordering
- Training new team members
- Dealing confidently with customer queries and problems
- Working closely with the management team to continually improve what we do
Who we're looking for
You'll ideally have at least one year's supervisory experience within a quality pub, restaurant or similar hospitality business.
We're looking for someone with personality, common sense and a genuine love of hospitality. You'll be confident and organised, calm when it's busy and happy to lead from the front.
We're not looking for someone who wants to stand at the end of the bar with a clipboard. You'll be pulling pints, carrying plates, talking to customers and getting stuck in alongside your team.
