What You’ll Do

As an Ad-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you’ll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities include:

Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15-mile radius.
Ensuring products are well-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.
Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.
Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.
Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

What We’re Looking For

You will be successful in this role if you:

Have a passion for delivering excellence and maintaining high standards
Thrive in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
Communicate clearly and confidently with store colleagues.
Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.
Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns.
Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.
Essential Requirements
An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 18.0 or higher).
A U.K. Driving Licence – with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of TfL is permitted.
Right to work in the U.K.
