Location: Working from Home – South East Sites
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, typically 08:30–17:30
SIA Licence: Required
Full UK Driving Licence: Required
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated South East Regional Director to take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of an established portfolio of security contracts across London and the South East.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead and support a team of Operations Managers, ensuring high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full operational responsibility for the London and South East region.
- Lead, support and develop a team of Operations Managers.
- Help drive business growth through effective strategy development.
- Conduct regular monthly 1:2:1 meetings with Operations Managers.
- Carry out staff welfare visits, appraisals and investigations.
- Provide strong leadership, team building and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement and maintain correct client and company procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client requests and operational issues.
- Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate solutions.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service is maintained across the region.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the security industry.
- Previous management experience within the security sector.
- Previous experience in an operational role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to risk assess and identify actual or potential security compromises.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hardworking, reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy.
- A positive “can-do” attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Current SIA licence.
