A friendly firm of Accountants, based near Portsmouth. Office based role.
We are looking for a Part-time Payroll Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
- Weekly and monthly client payroll duties from start to finish
- Calculation of holiday, SMP, SPP and SSP
- Processing statutory deductions
- Liaising with HMRC including real time submission
- Processing starters and leavers
- Pension administration
Ideally around 20-25 hours per week but we are flexible how these can be spread.
Previous experience working within a practice or bureau environment is essential along with experience of Moneysoft Payroll Manager would be an advantage.

Pay: £14,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
