We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate flatbed lorries and commercial vehicles to deliver goods to clients and customers.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently, considering traffic and delivery priorities.
- Load and unload items, ensuring they are secured properly during transit.
- Obtain signatures or proof of delivery from recipients, maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after journeys, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with flatbed or commercial vehicles.
- Valid driving licence suitable for operating flatbed lorries or commercial vehicles.
- Experience in commercial driving and familiarity with delivery routes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical fitness for loading, unloading, and handling goods.
- A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.

Pay: £9.00-£218.63 per hour
