Warehouse Pick/Pack Operative

The Role
As a Warehouse Pick/Pack Operative, you’ll play a key part in our busy team – picking and packing orders accurately and quickly to keep our customers delighted. You’ll also support across other warehouse tasks such as stock replenishment, goods-in and returns when needed.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive local team, working for a group of ethical fashion brands during an exciting period of growth.

About You
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who thrive in a fast-paced environment:
- Aged 18 or over
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg and use step ladders safely
- Comfortable working with mobile scanners and handling data entry
- Target-driven, accurate, and organised
- Friendly, cooperative team player
- Flexible and dependable – especially around peak trading times
