Full-Time Maintenance Person – Marwell Resort Holiday Resort
Location: Marwell Resort Holiday Resort
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and practical Maintenance Person to join our team at Marwell Resort Holiday Resort on a full-time basis.
Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Alternate weekend working required
- Flexibility to respond to occasional emergency maintenance issues is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repair work across the resort
- Performing routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Basic plumbing, decorating, carpentry, and electrical maintenance tasks
- Maintaining outdoor areas, pathways, and grounds as required
- Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Assisting with setting up facilities and supporting resort operations
- Reporting any major repairs or health and safety concerns
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance, facilities, handyman, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Practical skills across a range of maintenance disciplines
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence desirable
