We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Hadleigh, Suffolk, supporting people within a supported living environment to thrive in their homes and local community. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
- Encourage and empower people to make choices and live independently.
- Support individuals to access and participate in community activities.
- Promote physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including household duties, shopping and personal care where required.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 support.
Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility to work a range of shifts is essential.
About You

Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs is desirable, but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Driving Requirement
Due to limited public transport in the area, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to support flexible working patterns.
Applicants living within the Hadleigh area may be considered without a driving licence due to local transport accessibility.
