Fires of Ayrshire is one of Scotland's leading media wall showrooms. We specialise in luxury electric fires, media walls and bespoke installations, providing customers with an exceptional showroom experience. We're looking for an energetic, organised and creative person to help grow our business.
Key Responsibilites
- Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram,TikTok and Pinterest)
- Create Engaging photo and video content from the showroom and installations
- Plan and schedule social media posts . Work with ChatGPT to create blogs, adverts, emails and marketing campaigns
- Keep the website updated with new products and projects
- Improve our Google Business Profile
- Collect customer reviews and testimonials
- Run Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Track marketing performance and report results
- Respond quickly to online enquiries
- Follow up showroom visitors and quote requests
- Organise customer events and showroom promotions
- Build relationships with local builders, interior designers and architects
- Help develop new ideas to increase showroom footfall
Essential Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational ability
- Creative eye for photography and video
- Google Ads experience
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Basic website editing
- Confident using Canva
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly and confident dealing with customers
Desirable Skills
- SEO Knowledge
- Photography/video editing
- Interior design or home improvement experience
