Nana Café brings an easy-going, café-meets-grill spirit to the heart of Covent Garden, where sharing comes naturally and bold, comforting Mediterranean flavours lead the way — from mezze and crispy halloumi fries to 28-day aged sirloin off the grill. Set in the Market Building with al fresco dining right in the middle of the action, we're looking for a driven, confident and people-focused to join our growing team.
As Restaurant Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily running of Nana Café, leading the team, driving performance, and ensuring smooth, high-quality operations at all times.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations
- Leading and motivating the Front of House team during service
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
- Managing staff rotas, breaks, and on-shift performance
- Training, coaching and developing team members
- Maintaining service standards, brand presentation and compliance
- Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues professionally
- Overseeing stock control, cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge

- Previous experience in a management role in hospitality
