Tanning Salon Manager
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead our busy tanning salon team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fun fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving salon performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon environment
- Manage daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient running
- Handle cash management, till reconciliation and banking procedures accurately
- Create and manage weekly staff rota's to meet business needs
- Train, support and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and sales
- Monitor and drive salon KPI performance including sales targets, memberships and retail goals
- Lead by example in promoting products, services and upselling opportunities
- Ensure salon cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, beauty, tanning or hospitality
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident handling cash and managing daily financial procedures
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving KPIs
- Organised, reliable and able to multitask in a busy salon environment
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Available to work approximately 28+ hours per week
