Salesperson / Trainee Sales Leader

TLG Marketing is looking for confident, motivated people to join our growing sales team in Slough. This is an opportunity to develop practical sales, leadership and business-management skills while working in a supportive, high-energy environment.
No previous experience is essential. We provide training, coaching and ongoing support to help you build confidence, improve your skills and progress within the business.
What we require:
*Candidates should be 18 or above and should have the right to work, we do not take tier 4 or tier 2 visas, this is due to the government guide Lines*
What you’ll do
- Represent our campaigns through face-to-face, door-to-door sales
- Speak with potential customers and deliver a professional, friendly experience
- Learn sales, communication and customer-acquisition techniques
- Take part in daily coaching and development sessions
- Progress into recruiting, coaching and supporting new team members
- Build towards running your own team and managing your own business area
- Contribute to a positive, ambitious and fun team culture
What we’re looking for
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
- Willingness to learn, take coaching and work towards targets
- Reliability, resilience and a good work ethic
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful, but not required
