We are recruiting a Senior Revenue Controller (SRC) to join our Revenue and Billing team.
This is a key role offering the opportunity to combine hands‑on working capital management with day‑to‑day leadership and people management. You will play an important part in supporting the firm's continued focus on delivering a first‑class service and maintaining effective working capital management.
The firm operates a hybrid working model, with an expectation that colleagues attend the office for a minimum of 40% of their working time. During the first few months in the role, a greater office presence will be beneficial to support onboarding, and collaboration within the team.
What you'll be doing
- Manage working capital for assigned departments and key clients, supporting Partners and lawyers to minimise debt, WIP and exposure
- Lead regular review meetings with Partners and lawyers on complex matters
- Act as a senior point of expertise for revenue control and billing matters
- Oversee and coordinate the monthly billing and cash collection cycle
- Ensure compliance with revenue control policies, including discount and write‑off policies
- Support the continuous improvement of billing processes and systems
- Provide line management and development support to Revenue Controllers and Billing Assistants, including performance management, coaching and onboarding
- Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive billing and client issues
Full responsibilities are set out in the attached job description.

- Proven experience in revenue control, credit control and cash collection within a professional services environment

- Experience managing complex client portfolios
- Line management or mentoring experience, with a supportive and collaborative leadership style
