Join Sodexo as a Cleaner at one of our National Probation Service Approved Premises. In this role, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site, ensuring all areas are cleaned and presented to an excellent standard while following health, safety, and infection control procedures. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals as they transition back into the community.
What you'll do:

Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across all site areas, including kitchens, meeting rooms, toilets, and offices, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Replenish cleaning supplies and consumables, including toilet roll, hand soap, sanitiser, blue roll, and hand wipes.

Comply with all company policies and procedures relating to infection control, security, COSHH, and complete all required training.

Work safely at all times by wearing the appropriate PPE, following Sodexo procedures, and reporting any hazards, faulty equipment, or safety concerns.

Be flexible in supporting other areas of the site, covering holidays and absences, and carrying out additional cleaning duties as directed by your Line Manager
What you bring:

Experience working in a similar role within a corporate office environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Good understanding of data protection requirements and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to following procedures and maintaining high standards.

Willingness to undertake additional training as required, including areas such as first aid and security awareness.
