Essential skills and experience
Our client is looking for a Lawyer on a 6 month assignment to join their Transaction Management team and manage the mid-market loans process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading transaction management function, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
What You'll Do
- Run a mid-market loans process from start to finish, working independently and managing timelines, documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with the wider TM team
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years' experience
- UK/EMEA mid market loan market familiarity preferred.
- Proactive self-starter; strong analysis and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
