Join a Growing National Contractor
Facility Solutions is a fast-growing national building maintenance contractor with offices across the UK. Established in 2015, we've grown year on year by delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and providing high-quality maintenance and project solutions for many well-known national organisations.
We undertake everything from reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance through to refurbishment and project works, and we're looking for an ambitious Service Manager to join our Midlands team based in Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career with a business that genuinely invests in its people and offers clear progression into senior management.
The Role
As a Service Manager, you will take full ownership of maintenance and project works from the initial enquiry through to final invoicing. This is a hands-on operational management role where you'll be responsible for surveying works, preparing quotations, planning and coordinating delivery, and ensuring every job is completed safely, on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
You'll split your time between our Solihull office and visiting sites across the Midlands, meeting clients, carrying out surveys and supporting engineers.
Your primary focus will be to ensure every project is delivered efficiently, providing an outstanding customer experience while maximising profitability. You'll oversee each stage of the process, managing costs, labour, materials, subcontractors and communication with the client to ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and making commercial decisions that contribute directly to the success of the business.
This isn't just a desk-based management role. You'll have genuine autonomy to make decisions, build client relationships, grow existing accounts and play a key part in the continued expansion of one of the UK's fastest-growing building maintenance contractors.
