About the Role
Clark Boyle Solicitors is a well-established Glasgow firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join our friendly and experienced team.
This role is suited to candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, however applications are welcomed from all levels of experience, and the position and remuneration can be tailored accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload in our private client team, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Powers of Attorney
- Executries and estate administration
- Deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor admitted in Scotland (essential)
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE in private client, but all experience levels considered
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
