Position: Part-Time Hotel Receptionist
Location: The Mitre Hotel
Hours: Part-Time (Weekday and Weekend Availability Required)
Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handling reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Processing payments
Responding to reviews
Ensuring the reception area remains professional and welcoming
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service or hotel reception experience is desirable but not essential
Basic computer skills and confidence using booking systems
Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends
