Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using practice management software
- Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims with transparency and precision
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, emailing, and inventory management to keep the front desk running smoothly
Qualifications
- Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record keeping
