We have grown steadily since this date, building a carefully curated team of automotive specialists across several markets. Hilton Group is going through an exciting time of growth with a new state of the art facility being built on our HQ site. We have a workforce of around 90 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.
The Role
As a trainee Paint Prep Technician you will be trained to prepare vehicles for paint. From Filler work sanding new panels to masking and priming vehicles. . You will also be trained in vehicle polishing and finishing. The role is the beginning of a pathway to become a Vehicle Paint Technician.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be bright, Enthusiastic, have a willingness to learn, and have a keen interest in cars. Any automotive experience would be beneficial.
No experience is necessary but knowledge and/or Interest in cars is required. Would suit School Leaver. Potential enrolment on apprenticeship schemes available.
