Job Overview
We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Administrator to join our team. This position is a part time role Monday to Fridays. We are looking for someone to work 2-3 hours per day, ideally starting at 10am, although we can offer some flexibility in working hours.
Our hospitality business is enjoying rapid growth, and we are looking for someone to help us manage our bookings up to Christmas, and potentially beyond.
In this role, you will be our first point of contact with our visitors responding on the telephone and by email to bookings, and answering customer enquiries. An experience of customer service would be an advantage, preferably in the hospitality sector.
The role requires good organisational skills and great attention to detail so you can provide an effective operational handover each week to our hospitality team.
We are launching exciting new events every month, and you will be involved with the planning, inception and execution of these events. Your energetic approach will help drive our sales initiatives forward, supporting the growth of our hospitality services.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, bookings, and client interactions efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on sales inquiries and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and contractual documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in person.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars through Microsoft Outlook.
- Assist in organizing promotional events or hospitality functions, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or an administrative role preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- IT skills that include familiarity with computer systems, data entry, and digital communication tools.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client engagement.
