Job Summary
Donald M Business & Support Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Support Manager to oversee internal technology systems and day-to-day IT support. The role will provide direction to the support function, maintain reliable systems, and help ensure technology continues to meet the organisation’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT systems and daily technical support activities.
- Coordinate support requests and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain reliable access to essential systems and applications.
- Guide IT support staff and organise team priorities.
- Monitor technology performance and recurring issues.
- Coordinate system upgrades and improvement activities.
- Maintain appropriate IT procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
- Previous team leadership or management experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of business IT systems and infrastructure.
- Confident communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant IT qualification or professional certification is desirable.

Pay: £4,800.00-£56,416.37 per month
