About the Role -
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Operative / Installer to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, relocation, and maintenance of equipment including safes, ATMs, lockers, signage, and other specialist machines across the UK.
In addition to installation works, the role includes supporting and delivering building adaptations associated with ATM and equipment installations, such as aperture adjustments, shopfront boarding and panelling, making good works, and minor brickwork modifications. We are particularly interested in candidates with a practical construction, shopfitting, or general building background who can help strengthen this aspect of our service delivery.
You will be based out of our office and warehouse in the West Midlands, with frequent travel nationwide. A company vehicle will be provided.
Key Responsibilities -
- Installation and removal of safes, ATM machines, lockers, and related equipment.
- Transporting equipment & tools safely to and from customer sites.
- Working on a variety of sites including commercial and construction environments.
- Ensuring all work is completed to high safety and quality standards.
- Liaising with clients and team members on-site.
- Completing relevant job documentation and reports.
- Carrying out and supporting building adaptation works including aperture adjustments, boarding, panelling, minor brickwork alterations, and making good works associated with equipment installations.
Requirements -
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including early starts and occasional overnight stays.
- Good practical skills and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable (Not Essential) -
- CSCS card
- Site management or industry accreditations.
- Previous experience in installations, logistics, or field-based roles.
- Previous experience carrying out building modifications, aperture alterations, brickwork adaptations, boarding, or some form of fit-out works.

Pay: £30,420.00-£34,200.00 per year
