Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Assist in negotiating sales terms and closing deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction
- Support the sales team by organizing client information, preparing proposals, and tracking sales progress using IT tools
- Drive outreach efforts to expand B2B (business-to-business) relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain organized records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to ensure understanding across diverse clients and team members
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles with a focus on negotiation and relationship building
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information effectively
- Familiarity with IT systems used for sales management, CRM platforms, or similar tools is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized in a remote work environment
- Valid driving license or ability to travel as needed for client meetings or events is a plus but not mandatory
- Prior experience in sales roles that required proactive outreach and customer engagement will be highly valued
