Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with fun and accuracy
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age requirements and safety protocols
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth service
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events
Skills
- Strong foundation in hospitality with excellent serving skills that prioritise guest satisfaction
- Knowledge best practices for maintaining a clean bar environment
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- Experience working in a restaurant or bar setting, demonstrating adaptability under pressure
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Familiarity with classic cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
Pay: £12.85-£14.00 per hour
