Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Lash and Brow Technician to join our beauty team on a self employed basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality lash and brow services, including extensions, lifts, and specialised brow treatments. You will create a relaxing environment for clients while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Duties
- Perform a variety of lash/brow treatments.
- Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable styles and choices.
- Maintain a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised after each use.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients professionally and courteously.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and beauty treatments.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lash or Brow Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen carefully to clients’ needs.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.
- Valid certification or qualification in lash extensions, lifts, brow treatments or beauty therapy is mandatory.
