Cook Wanted – Join Our Residential Care Home Team
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Cook to join our friendly team at our residential care home.
Hours:
· Approximately 26 hours per week
· 4 days on, 4 days off
· 7:00am – 2:00pm
Additional hours may be available through overtime and holiday cover.
As our Cook, you'll play an important role in preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals that our residents look forward to each day. You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure meals are prepared to a high standard while maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety practices.
What we're looking for:
· Previous cooking experience (care home experience is an advantage but not essential).
· A passion for preparing fresh, nutritious meals.
· Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
· A reliable, caring, and positive attitude.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
