Aftersales Co-ordinator

Description:

This role would suit an individual who thrives on working in a challenging but rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service to the organisations current clientele, ensuring all appointments are dealt with in a time effective manner with excellent results.

Position:

Full time, Permanent

Location:

Ibstock, Leicestershire

Reporting to:

Head of Aftersales

Responsibilities:

Contact customers to ensure their issues are addressed quickly and professionally.
Provide administrative support to the Aftersales Team which will include managing queries.
Data input onto the Coins system.
Compile and update customer records.
Manage the Customer Service Booking Inbox and track any queries to achieve a successful resolution.
Update the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged.
Communicate with the Site teams and Sub-contractors to ensure works are co-ordinated.

Skills Required:

Previous work with customers would be beneficial.

Able to multitask and effectively prioritise.

IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience using Coins would be an advantage but not essential.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
