We’re now looking for a full-time Front of House Server to join our team. If you’re experienced in delivering great service and thrive in a fast-paced, professional setting, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As a server at The Bear, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience — from the first hello to the final thank-you. You’ll take orders, serve food and drink, share menu knowledge, and help keep the floor running smoothly. Most importantly, you’ll help create the kind of atmosphere guests want to return to.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service
- Confidently guide guests through food and drink menus
- Handle orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and bar teams
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
- Be a team player who supports others and steps in where needed

- Previous experience in a similar Front of House role is essential
- Confident, friendly, and professional with guests
- A genuine interest in food, drink, and great hospitality
- Able to stay calm and focused during busy shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute to a strong team
