Derby Homes are seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals to become part of our growing Investment and Maintenance Team. We are looking to recruit experienced maintenance surveyors to help provide an enhanced level of technical assistance across the department. This includes undertaking property surveys, preparation of specifications, overseeing the procurement of works and ensuring works conform to all current regulations and specifications.
The candidates will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that the tenants or other colleagues may have.
